Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process personal data when you use byoutline.com.

1. Who we are

The controller of personal data collected through byoutline.com is Outline sp. z o.o., Okrętowa 27, 01-309 Warszawa, Poland (“we”). You can contact us about your personal data using the form on the Contact page or by post at the address above.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, message and the service you selected. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without your e-mail address.

We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and then for the period in which claims related to it may arise.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser information) in server logs. We use them to keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept for a limited time.

Map on the Contact page

The Contact page shows a map from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical information about your browser. We use the map to show where our office is (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google’s processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies

We use only cookies that are necessary for the website to work:

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Google Maps may use its own cookies as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

4. Who receives the data

Your data may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (Zenbox) and our e-mail provider (Google Workspace), only to the extent needed to provide their services. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use these rights, contact us as described in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, for example Facebook and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave byoutline.com.

7. Changes to this policy
